Commitment leads to action!

In this present moment, what are you committed to in your life? Work, school, friends, family, nutrition, exercise, etc...? If you don't feel any level of satisfaction in these areas, it's time to re-evaluate! When we feel committed to reaching a goal in the areas above identified, our self-confidence increases, which in turn makes for a happier person. Commit to re-evaluating one area of your life this week and see what "action" needs to take place. And then ACT on it!
